What are the authorized techniques ?

It is forbidden to:
- Fish on ice.
- Fish and bait with blood and marrow.
- Fish with live or dead bait moving or not, regardless of the fish species used, between January 1st and the Friday before the 3rd Saturday of March included.
- Fishing with spoons or by means of any lures or artificial baits susceptible of capturing the pike jack, the perch, the pike perch and the black-bass, between January 1st and the Friday before the 3rd Saturday of March included.
- Fish with tin or lead baits or with any other similar lures, regardless of the imitated animal.
It’s prohibited to use a device or a fishing gear other than:
- The hand line
A hand line is a line set on a fishing rod, regardless of the bait used. Hand lines can only be used under constant surveillance of the anglers. It is forbidden to fish with more than two lines. The number of simple or multiple hooks is limited to three.
All fish captured other than by the mouth should be carefully returned to the water.
- The net
The use of the net is only allowed to bring in the fish caught by line.
- The crayfish balance or clamp
The dimensions of these devices are free.

Code of Practice
Preferably use a deep basket whose thread is made of soft material and free of knots. Remember to take all baits and excess primers and materials (nylon, weights ...).
